Build the calendar and the controls
Every filing gets an owner and a date. Where a process causes repeat errors, we fix the process, often with automation, rather than correcting the output every month.
Deliver and debrief
Reports and returns go out on time with working papers you can read. We close with a short debrief on what to change before the next cycle.
